Driving directions
Upon turning into the driveway at 1555 Post Rd E, drive DOWN the short hill and park in the bottom lot. The parking area by the road / top building is not us. You will see the Sherpa / Longevity entrance on your left as you drive down the short ramp.
Cancellation policy
We understand circumstances and schedules change. Kindly inform us 24-hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or modify. No-shows and cancellations within 24-hours are subject to a $199 service fee as we are by appointment only.
